PASCAL MILLET READY-TO-WEAR SPRING-SUMMER 2016, PARIS FASHION WEEK

The Spain of Maharajahs is the spring-summer 2016 collection of Pascal Millet that he presented 29 of September in Paris. Pascal Millet’s luxury ready-to-wear collection line is an homage to the quintessential sophisticated woman.A choice of fine, contemporary materials combined with young, wearable cuts translates into an elegant, free woman. A feminine summer collection with shades of “Real Hippie Chic”. Mousseline and crepe de chine echo the seersucker and calais Lace—for day wear. For evening,there are shirt-dresses in tulle incrusted silk crepe and tea-length dresses in rich pastel brocade and of course sexy jumpsuits. As for gala nights,a “Hippy Indie Sexy” accented sari in embroidered tulle. Some of the accessories: bags,jewels,belts and shoes are in colored python and the others in a “croco-print” skin. Pascal Millet believes more than anything in refinement, in luxury and his firmest desire is to share, through his collections, his vision of French elegance, a certain definition of fashion dear to him. Due to his long experience in Couture and his extreme sensibility to the rapports established with his clients, designer is convinced that women love and will always be on the lookout for unique pieces for exceptional occasions.
