ADELINE ANDRE HAUTE COUTURE AUTUMN WINTER 2016-2017 PARIS FASHION WEEK

Famous French designer Adeline Andre has showed Haute Couture collection  Fall-Winter 2016-2017 for her label Adelin Andre 3 of July in Paris. She has been in Fashion business since 1970 years. She studied in Paris at the Ecole de Haute couture. As a young student she was taught by Salvador Dali, who had a great influence on her work. She worked with Marc Bohan in Christian Dior, in Louis Feraud, then for Castelbajac, before launching her own house  in 1981 with the help of Hungarian architect Stevan Dohar.

Needless to say, that she has been called “The mother of minimalism”. She described her work:” That was when people first started talking about minimalism in fashion design. I was always working in that way. I feel, it is fast and easy to design complicated things. In 1981, Adeline Andre registered the pattern of her “three sleeve-hole” garment, examples of this three sleeve holes garment are in the collections of museums in French Fashion in Paris,New York and Lisbon. As well this collection was including models with this pattern in minimalism style. Her favorite models: Anne Rohart, Catharina van Eetvelde, Ania Martchenko, Axelle Doue and Frederic Deleersnyder demonstrated these timeless pieces.
