SEAN SUEN MEN’S FASHION SPRING SUMMER 2017 PARIS FASHION WEEK

Bejing-based designer Sean Suen presented his spring-summer collection 2017 for his Sean Suen label 26 of June in Paris. Designer challenging traditional garment composition and structure, and mixing various materials, to propose new forms. “To be honest, I just follow my personal way and interest when creating my designs, instead of thinking too much of market’s reaction. I do hope to have a good sale and we will wait and see soon!” he mentioned.

This collection named 39N 116E and it was debut of Suan Suen in Paris.

According press release, it is a re-discovery of the West. The “China fever” in the 18th century is a hallmark in the long story of communication between China and the West. Europe at that time was impressed by the penetration of ”China flavor” in a wide array of categories of art. Designer created the deconstruction and reconstruction of the tailoring of outfit in the East and West style , in a range of different materials and contrast of colours. That was a really fusion collection.
