MUGLER READY-TO-WEAR FALL WINTER 2015-2016 PARIS FASHION WEEK

By  |

David Koma presented for maison Mugler autumn-winter 2015-2016 , 7 March in Paris tremendously bold and sexy collection.
His creation appointed a high-end standart of modern elegance, feminity , at the same time was preserving the traditions of the house. “It’s incredible, very interesting, and part of the big project to bring both sides of the house together,” said  Koma.
Importantly, a new focus on technical craftsmanship is outstanding. Koma draws a sinuous throughline of anatomic adornment throughout – accentuating the hips, bust and collarbone with touches of sheer paneling , and eyelet or steel nimrod embroidery. Details and segmented, angular forms wrap around the body in asymmetric harmonies – as monochrome shift dresses and tailoring reflected matte and shine. Optic white wool crepe is warmed  by the rosy shine of copper-toned leather, encircling the waist or lasercut into moulded. Layered throughout , second-skin turtlenecks in lambskin or 3D sequins shine beneath tailored cabans and sharp peplum blazers, creating a sensual neckline that continues in a final passage of sculptural eveningwear. Here, silk gowns are engineered with laced inserts or iridescent sequins, draping to the ankle in a sensual, hourglass form. All in all , Mugler’s outfit always is desire to wear!!
