WHITE MOUNTAINEERING MEN’S FASHION FALL WINTER 2017-2018

Japanese designer  Yosuke Aizawa presented his autumn-winter collection 2017 for his  brand White Mountaneering on 21 of January in Paris. He is creator of men’s contemporary fashion and streetwear. He worked in Comme des Garsons with   Junya Watanabe. He considered: “the experience of working at Comme des Garcons is more reflected in my current work than is my university education”. According press release, designer used technical fabrics to build up brand concept stronger. Collection focuses on balance of volume and adding excessive details, in dark colours palette.

“Functional materials have been developed day by day and a variety of fabrics have come into existence. However, it is more important to select and make use of the right thing in the right place to fit the clothes. It is not necessarily going for high technology but more importantly it needs to represent and express my design. Additionally I pay attention to not only technical fabrics but also secondary materials that are necessary to make attachment and insulation”. Always he makes accent on materials and functionality of clothing.
