A contemporary Nutcracker is the inspirational theme for the new collection “The Jaw Nuts Piece” by designer, he took a right turn towards attire with more commercial appeal. The Nutcracker and the Mouse King is a story written in 1816, by E. T. A. Hoffmann. In 1892, the Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and choreographers Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov turned Alexandre Dumas adaptation of the story into the ballet The Nutcracker and perhaps the most popular ballet in the world. Taking a modern interpretation of the perennial nutcracker doll, the wooden heads of the toy were symbolized by whimsical hats and helmets. As the moving jaw of a nutcracker can produce an erratic sound, spread prints and contrasting stripes represented the cacophony and chaotic sound of nutshells being crumbled. Designer said: “I like when things are multiplied and technical advanced. I am influenced by many different things, also I like when it has humor touch”
